The “Moscow Ski Track” is the capital's largest mass winter sports event that take place at the MTUF Olympic Training and Sports Centre «Planernaya». It’s not just a competition, but a real people’s festival – many participants come out to the start with their families. Also in the program: fair, sports and entertainment games, performances of artists, award ceremony for the winners.

The “Moscow Ski Track” history started in 1997. Exactly then the Moscow City Government and Moscow Trade Union Federation organised first competitions for the workers of Moscow enterprises, their children and fans of skiing and outdoor activities.

Today the organisers are: the Moscow Government, MTUF, the Moscow Department of physical training and sport, the newspaper “Moskovskaya Pravda”.

Athletes and people with disabilities can take part in the “Moscow Ski Track” as well.

The year 2020 has brought changes to many sporting events. Last February the “Moscow Ski Track” didn’t happen due to unfavourable weather conditions and a difficult epidemiological situation.

On 7 February 2021 these competitions was held in the sports festival format "Trade Union Winter".

We hope that in 2022 the “Moscow Ski Track” will return to its usual format and continue its history.
